Registration for HPAT-Ireland is available online via this website only. The registration fee of the HPAT–Ireland test in 2011 is €95.00 (all taxes and charges included) per candidate. This fee will cover online registration for the test, materials required for the paper test, provision of test results to the candidate and the transfer of results to the CAO. All payments must be made in EURO. The preferred method of payment is by credit card.
Online payment may be made by AMEX, Diners Club, Mastercard or VISA. ACER uses a secure carrier for its online payment functions to act as its interface with the banking system. Credit card and accompanying personal details are not recorded or stored by ACER, but are encrypted at point of capture and transmitted directly to the bank. Thus you can be assured this is a safe payment option.
Provisional Registration
If you do not have a credit card or do not wish to pay by credit card, you can complete a provisional registration. To do so you need to complete your details online as you would if you were paying by credit card. When you get to the payment method please select postal draft or bank draft. Your draft should be made payable to "ACER International, HPAT Ireland". All deadlines are the same for those using this method of registration. Your registration remains incomplete until payment has been received by us. All payments must be received by the standard registration deadline of 17:15 GMT on Thursday 20 January 2011, or the late fee of €50.00 will be charged in addition to the registration fee.
It is not advisable to complete a provisional registration and pay by draft during the late registration period. If payment is not received by Friday 4 February your registration will be cancelled. |
