HPAT-Ireland

Requests for cancellation of registration and refund of registration fee must be made in writing, and emailed to the HPAT-Ireland Office. HPAT-Ireland fees will be refunded on request up until 20 January 2011. The administrative fee for this is €40.00. There is no possibility of a refund after this date and there is no possibility of refund for late registrations. There is no penalty, other than the loss of your fee, if you register for the test but do not sit.
